Unresponsive Vendor / Ghosting
This e-mail is for a vendor you have already hired and has been unresponsive to communications over a period of time leading up to the wedding.
1st attempt – Use this template if it has been over a week since you sent the "Vendor Check-In" e-mail and the vendor has not confirmed, OR if they have failed to respond to 2-3 attempts at communication in the weeks leading up to your wedding.
Hi (Vendors name),
I tried to get in contact with you regarding the details of our wedding and have not received a response. I want to ensure you have the timeline and necessary info.
Please respond back and let me know (you’ve seen the communications and details. OR when is a good time for us to connect) .

2nd attempt – Use this template if your vendor has not responded to both the "Vendor Check-in" and the "Unresponsive vendor -1st attempt" emails, and your wedding is within the next week.
Hello (Vendor's Name),
I have not received a response to any communications via e-mail and (add any other communication- phone/text) in the recent weeks.
Our wedding is within the week and I need to hear back from you in order to confirm your services and ensure you have the necessary info.
If I do not hear back from you by (the Date two days before the wedding) at 5pm, I will assume you will not be present at our day and will result in you being in breach of our contract.
